Bespoke Stitching Orders:

  • An advance payment is required to confirm a bespoke order

Ready-Made Products:

  • As-Is Basis: Products are sold as-is, and we disclaim liability for natural variations in fabrics, dyes, and finishes
  • Slight Variations: Fabric color, texture, and sheen may vary slightly from displayed images

Bespoke Stitching Services:

  • Quality Variations: Custom embroidery, dyeing, and special techniques may have acceptable variations (15-20% in shade or design)
  • Free Alterations: Basic size alterations are free if requested within 7 days of receiving the order and if sufficient seam allowance exists
  • No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee perfect adherence to sketches or design expectations; our work is based on best-effort basis

Consultation and Styling Services:

  • Style recommendations and consultation services are provided without quality guarantees
  • We are not responsible for third-party styling tool outcomes or recommendations

6. Availability and Discontinuation

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or services at any time without notice
  • Availability of products and services is subject to inventory and capacity
  • We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific item
